SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

1.1 The website is operated by the Druze Yad Labanim Association (non-profit) and its purpose is to serve as a platform for commemorating the martyrs of the Druze community and sharing personal memories on the part of families and the community.

1.2 The site allows registered users to create, edit and maintain personal memorial pages.

2. Registration and content creation

2.1 The use of advanced functions on the site, such as creating and editing pages, is subject to registration and basic identity verification.

2.2 The user is fully responsible for all content he publishes on the site, including texts, images, videos, links and other media.

2.3 It is prohibited to publish content that is:

• False, offensive, inflammatory or threatening.
• Infringes the copyright or intellectual property of a third party.
• Of a commercial, advertising or political nature without prior approval from the site management.

2.4 The website management reserves the right to remove or edit any content, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.

3. Maintaining privacy

3.1 The website protects the privacy of users in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law in Israel.

3.2 Personal information will not be transferred to third parties without the user's consent, except if required by a court order or a request from a competent authority.

3.3 Some pages on the site may be accessible to the general public, depending on the nature of use and the user's choice.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

4.2 The user grants the Association an irrevocable license, free of charge, to publish and process the content he uploaded, for commemorative purposes only, while preserving the honor and rights of the family.

5.1 Use of the Site is at the sole risk of the user. The Site does not guarantee continuous availability or proper operation at all times.

5.2 The user undertakes to indemnify the site management, its employees or agents for any damage, loss or expense incurred due to violation of these terms or misuse of the site.

6. Changes to the Terms of Use

The site reserves the right to update the terms of use from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
