Fell on the 25th of Bashshon 5783 (11.11.1982)
Fell at age 23
His resting place is the Sajur Village Civil Cemetery.

His life story

Son of Ramzia and Mazyed. Born in Israel on July 22, 1959, the fifth son in a family of seven children. He grew up and was educated in the village of Sajur, completed his compulsory education and attended high school for a year in the village of Rama, and then studied workshops and automotive mechanics for two years in the Israel Police workshops.

In his free time, Emil liked to farm and listen to music.

In May 1977, he enlisted in the Border Guard for regular service. After his compulsory service, he continued in permanent service and served devotedly until his death. During his service, Emil served as a driver and a fighter, completing every mission assigned to him. For his service, he was awarded the Operational Service Medal and the Galilee Peace War Medal.

At home, in a difficult financial situation, Emil helped as much as he could with the housework and outside work. His commander noted about him: "Emil served as a driver and fighter, diligent and quiet, performed his duties faithfully, his relations with his comrades and commanders were excellent, and he contributed with dedication even beyond his duties, despite the difficulties at home."

First Sergeant Emil fell while performing his duty in Lebanon, in the first Tyre disaster. On the morning of November 11, 1982, during the Galilee Peace War, the military government building in the city of Tyre, which housed many IDF forces, collapsed, and about a hundred soldiers were killed, including Emil.

Emil was 23 years old when he fell. He was buried in the cemetery in the village of Sajur.
